Question Aorus Z390 AORUS ULTRA compatible with i7-4790

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard to the Aorus Z390 AORUS ULTRA but cant afford a new CPU right now. would an Intel i7-4790 3.6GHz be compatible with this motherboard until i can get an upgrade?

No they aren't compatible ...Sorry....Z390 is for 8th and 9th gen intel only.

No. The z390 only works with 8th and 9th gen cpus, your 4th gen won't work.

What you want doesn't exist. A current gen CPU will require a new motherboard and ram.

No such board exists , you need to wait till you can buy the whole new core: Z390 Motherboard \8th or 9th Gen CPU and DDR4 memory.
