I am looking to upgrade from an rtx 2070 Super I built my rig with in 2020...I have a Ryzen 9 3900x....any ideas, opinions on what to go with? Looking to spend 600 or less....

For which games/resolution ? Any latest GPU for $600 would be many times better than Rtx 2070 but you nay need more power than what your PSU provides so you may have to count PSU in the price. GPU prices are all over the place so it depends where you are and availability.
