[SOLVED] Aorus Z490 Pro AX --- onboard graphics not working ?

hi,
I have an Aorus Z490 Pro AX firmware already updated lateste to F21 version. But, I cannot find any option to enable onboard HDMI.
There was no option to enable, and when plugin onboard HDMI, nothing happens also.
Try to update mainboard firmware, try to find it also in Device Manager (currently I plug into a dedicated GPU so it works with screen)

Your CPU must have an integrated graphics chip in order to use the motherboard's HDMI port.
What CPU is installed ?

those are the specs I have

for the mainboard, even website said it has onboard graphics, but there is no way to find settings in BIOS

I don't think your CPU has integrated graphics.

The motherboard may allow (support) integrated graphics, but it doesn't "have" integrated graphics.

You need a separate video card....or a 10700 or a 10700K.

Intel i7-10700F doesn't have an integrated graphics chip.

Motherboard specs are slightly misleading. Motherboards no longer have "on-board" graphics, graphics support (without a dedicated graphics card) depends on the CPU model.

In any case, why are you trying to use the motherboard's HDMI port when you've got a graphics card ?

well, I just want to connect to another Monitor (4th one) while the current card already has all ports occupied

You could add another gpu like a 730 or gt1030 for the ectra monitor
