Question APC 600VA ups is not turning on .What to do ?

I am using BX600C-IN ups for past 4 months. Suddenly it isn't turning on .I have tried common troubleshooting steps but none of them working. It isn't turning on at all. Can anyone help me regarding this? When i'm connecting it to the main power supply i don't hear the transformer start tick sound.

With nothing connected to the UPS, have you tried powering it up? Also, have you made sure that the UPS's battery is fully charged? In retrospect, what is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

Yes i have tried to turn on the ups from battery . Currently the battery isn't charging (UPS is in dead state,nothing happens after giving main power). But i think it had some charge stored in it, cause i was using it in the morning without any issues and at that time it was charging .
PSU model corsair CX550 and it's about 1 year old.
