apevia x-qpack3 front fan not working

Hi, I bought this Apevia X-qpack3 case. For some reason the front fan is not working, but the LED light is working fine.
My motherboard monitor says N/A on that fan. Is that a faulty fan or something wrong with my cable? (I have connect both cables from the fan, one cable connected to PSU, the other is to motherboard)

Due to the way the fan is mounted at the front of the chassis, are you sure there isn't anything hindering the movement of the fan? Since it isn't stated in the manual, can you please pass on a picture of the leads from the front fan? Do the wires culminate like this

Hi, I physically tried to turn(touch) the fan, and its begin to spin as usual. I have connected both connectors to motherboard and PSU. I do not know if it is something wrong with the lubricate inside of the fan or not, since this is a new case.
