I'm looking for some that would last long which wouldn't require me to change then in a year or 2 or more.

Budget probably less than $200 for them individually if possible

Currently I have a 4 core/4 thread Cpu.If I upgrade to a higher core Cpu,I would most likely need to also upgrade my motherboard since it only supports Lga 1150 socket.Cpu with that socket only have up to 4 cores.Might also have to replace my ram aswell if I'm upgrading my motherboard since it's DDR3

I'm also looking to upgrade my rx570 4gb card to either the rx 9060xt or rtx 5060 maybe get the 9060xt since I have a freesync 75hz monitor

With $200 per item, those GPUs doesn't happen.

RTX 5060 and RX 9060 XT start from $300.

Here, build where each component is sub $200;

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor ($196.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock B850 Riptide WiFi ATX AM5 Motherboard ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL36 Memory ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI GAMING X GeForce RTX 3050 6GB 6 GB Video Card ($194.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic Focus GX V4 ATX 3 (2024) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($129.90 @ Amazon)

CPU cooler is included with CPU.
MoBo is one of the best ~$200 one.
MoBo review: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/asrock-phantom-gaming-b850-riptide-wi-fi/12.html

Build doesn't include SSD/HDD and PC case. Those you can reuse, given that your current PC case supports ATX MoBo. If it doesn't buy a new PC case as well.

New DDR5 RAM is also a must since AM5 platform supports only DDR5 RAM.
New PSU is a must, since your current one is way too old and newer GPUs (usually) have higher power draw.
Also, for new GPU, RTX 3050 is best you can do for sub $200. Still, it is quite a ways better than your RX 570,
comparison: https://technical.city/en/video/Radeon-RX-570-vs-GeForce-RTX-3050-6-GB

Overall, a good build that can last you easy 5 years. And if you upgrade GPU at later date, then ~10 years in total when playing 1080p. After 10 years, new CPU-MoBo-RAM combo would be needed, including new PSU (since that PSU has 10 year warranty and is good PSU to use. My PCs are also powered by Seasonic, full specs with pics in my sig.).

I meant under $200 for mobo and cpu, dont mind spending $300 for a card

Also my psu is a Phantek amp 550w 80+ gold certified

Looked up your PSU and while it is good unit (using Seasonic Focus GX platform), it was released in 2019 and your PSU is up to 6 years old now. Should have ~4 years on it still.

I meant under $200 for mobo and cpu
Best to look towards 2nd hand market since;
On AMD side, AM5 socket MoBo, which would last you many years, start at 120 bucks. Leaving 80 bucks to CPU.
But cheapest AM5 socket CPU starts from 140 bucks. Not to mention the DDR5 RAM that you have to buy as well.

On Intel side, LGA1851 socket MoBo, CPU and DDR5 RAM are way out of your budget.
But LGA1700 MoBo, cheapest is 90 bucks, leaving 110 for CPU and DDR4 RAM.

E.g this thing:

Memory: Kingston KCP424NS6/4 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) DDR4-2400 CL17 Memory ($9.99 @ Amazon)

Is it good? No.
Is it dirt cheap? Yes.
Best part - it is THE CHEAPEST you can get with almost the latest tech on Intel side (CPU is 12th gen). CPU cooler is also included.

A bit more reasonable from dirt cheap is this:

CPU: Intel Core i3-13100F 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($82.92 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus PRO H610M-CT D4-CSM Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard ($89.99 @ ASUS)
Memory: Crucial CT2K8G4DFS824A 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 CL17 Memory ($26.46 @ Amazon)
Total: $199.37

Is this good? Better than dirt cheap but overall - No.
But it is cheap and that matters, right? :cheese:

As long as it can last long(don't want to keep changing) but not comfortable with 2nd hand stuff

Don't know why I keep wording it that way but i meant under $200 for mobo
also under $200 for cpu so under $400 in total I'm spending. Will buy video card at a later time
Also are these 2 any good

Any motherboard lower in price than the b850 riptide

You are confusing me. :??:

...sigh... Do make up your mind please.

Yes, especially R5 9600X, since it is touch better than the older R5 7600X,

What's wrong with the AsRock B850 Riptide? 🤔 It is a dime under $200, meeting your requirement. Also, it is the best sub-$200 MoBo you can get, with nice 14 main phase VRM (in 14+2+1 configuration).

But if you insist, take your pick,
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#s=41&sort=price&mt=ddr5&c=169,166,167&X=0,21373

Ordered by price. Btw, Steel Legend Wi-fi is also good MoBo, but that's a bit more than 200 bucks.

You know that cpu needs ddr5 RAM, and doesn't come with cooler, right?

Didnt know that.I do have a Cryorig H7 cooler

Cryorig had an AM4 bracket, but good luck finding one. Better off just getting a new cooler.

Sorry but you are the one who missread. He first said 200$ for each the CPU and the Mobo, then confirmed the under 200$ for the CPU and the Mobo but added that this excludes the GPU for which he can pay more:

"I meant under $200 for mobo and cpu, dont mind spending $300 for a card"

But I admit the whole thing would have been easier if he just said 400$ from the beginning.

Value king. 👍

Well, OP said that AFTER i posted my initial suggestion, where both the CPU and MoBo are under $200.

"$200 for mobo and cpu" = both combined. Vs "$200 for mobo and $200 for cpu" = 400 combined.
But i digress.
