Aplication to make taskbar icons popup like on mac

I am not a mac fan nor like them but I like the way the icons popup when you hover your mouse over them. Any softwere to make this happen in win 7?

Don't think there is an option to do this for the default taskbar, but you can get a program that works the same way. http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/
