Question App for Theatre look or tablet

Afternoon All,

Been searching high and low and was wondering if anybody knows of any third party applications that can make my TV computer (Running windows 8.1) startup in some sort of tablet/theatre mode like most android or TV boxes do ?

Struggling to find anything that remotely resembles a theatre UI with big icons and etc

Can you find one that uses Windows 10?
I suggest not using Windows 8.1 if you can find something you need using a better operating system.

Also I setup a Cinema (not home theatre) using PLEX which is nice as well as just making Desktop Icons BIG when you are sitting 10m from the screen readable

Do you happen to have Windows Media Center installed? It's pretty nice front end. You can also try Kodi (I don't know whether Windows 10' Store version is available in Win 8.1), you can add shortcuts there as well.
