I say apple deserves this. They made a simple phone that everyone loves. But my only problem with them is they don't upgrade them enough between generations, but still congrats too apple.

there are still alot of people using old Nokia and Blackberry phones, and when thay finally replace there phone it is for a smart phone; many of these are iPhone. its going take another five years before everyone that is using a phone is using a smart phone. IMO

It came out first, it corrected what no other touch screen interface that had been released up till then had done. I had one of the pre iPhone touch screen phones along with a Palm, they suuuucked.

Please, if you hate Apple, be honest but don't try to rewrite history. I am typing this on my Nexus 7 guess what 4.2.1 has quite a few issues of it's own that keep it from being what you so boldly proclaim it to be...

To clear up how investors feel about apple. They have a general lack of faith in the vision in Tim Cook and don't believe he will turn out another groundbreaking device. Also the stock is going down as they see other companies come back with other products (like Samsung). A 500 dollar stock price is too high for a non market dominator.
