Apple Sued Over iOS 6's Passbook Feature

I don't particularly like apple but i'll make an exception of not trash talking them in this article. The software patent they are talking about has been probably been done to death and really should not be valid.

"Information management and synchronous communications system" I do that kind of shit on a monthly basis with my homebrews. It's not like it's something new. It should really be invalidated.
