Apple's Posts New Statement Regarding Samsung UK Suit

There's no reason in the world apple should have to apologize. Protecting your IP & Design is important in business. It was pretty clear Samsung willfully copied part of apple's design intent under their patents. The apology is exactly what was deserved and warranted.

Actually the reason is the law that they based themselves on to sue Samsung in the first place...
