I got this error randomly with Gears 5, Windows start menu or file explorer, Xbox Companion App or Xbox Game Bar, etc.

I have the latest Windows 10 Pro 64 bits build, latest drivers, BIOS, etc.
This is my PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/2Cw6Mp
I have this issue many months ago, I tried everything but nothing helped me, stock and OC settings, raised CPU and SOC Voltage, Windows safe mode, etc.
I'm pissed off because I can't play.
Example of this issue with Gears 5 posted on Gears forums: https://forums.gearsofwar.com/t/game-freezes-and-crashes-on-pc-version/26872
I requested RMA for my Ryzen 5 1600, I replaced the motherboard from GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 to Asus TUF B350M-Plus Gaming, replaced RAMs from Corsair LPX White 3200 to G.Skill Flare X 3200, replaced my main SSD, HDD.

Have you tried this?

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

0xc000005 Application error
have you run memtest on your ram?
Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the errors. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
which of these have you tried? (don't download anything and if you edit registry, make a backup before hand - https://neosmart.net/wiki/backup-restore-registry/ ) - https://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/fix-error-code-0xc0000005-in-windows-10/

Yes I did all of this. The sfc / scannow and similar commands and nothing helped me. And the memtest86 showed me 0 errors both stock and 3200 settings. I said It at the beginning of the post I've tried everything.
And if Windows is broken isn't my fault, I downloaded and installed some days ago again the latest ISO from their official servers with Media Creation Tool and followed the steps carefully and I only installed the GPU, Audio and AMD Chipset driver separately, each driver I install I restart the computer. And I only installed Steam and the visual c redistributables that each game installs when I open each game.

There's no need to post any proof of any kind of stress tests, I did all of them (prime95, aida64, etc.) without issues, each one of them lasted even 1 day.
