Approx 500W PSU

Hi guys i have a Approx 500W Power Supply which producing at +12V1 --> 22A
& at +12V2 --> 20A.

I want to buy the Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming.

Recommended PSU is 400W
And the Power Connector is a 8 pin*1

My PSU doesnt have a 8 pin connector so i intend to use an adapter from molex to 8 pin.

The graphics card has low comsuption only 150 watts

I want to ask if my PSU can handle the GTX 1060. Is it safe?
Or i should buy a 80 plus bronze PSU for the job?

The future gets more efficient not less. The PSU can handle a GTX 1080 easily.
