Question "Apps Cant Run on this Computer" Need Help

All of a sudden I am getting this error message and things like youtube and facebook don't work right anymore. I'm afraid to pay ReImage repair as I've read its a scam. I ran an FSC scan from the command prompt that came up with nothing. I tried one other fix, turning net framework on and off in windows features. No luck. Any suggestions ? or recommendations of a reliable cleaner?

While there are some OS compatibility issues that can cause this error, the fact it just started to happen seems to point to another source. Confirm you ran SFC scannow and it finished with no issues. I would then start to look at malware or a virus. Do some virus/malware scans ans see if anything turns up. BTW, repair/cleaner utilities rarely fixes anything Windows troubleshooters can't..

Another possible fix is to create another User with Administrative privileges then log in as the new user to see if your other user profile has become corrupted.

Ran Full virus scan and windows defender offline. No change. Same problem.

There some malware Defender can not reach, I recommend you also install and run malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/ (it is often recommended you run both).
