Question apps crash

Most apps in my windows 10 just vanish after I open them unless they are opened in safe mode

EDIT: the apps don't crash if I permanently delete the files at temp, %temp%, and prefetch everytime I switch on my pc so what is the problem and how to avoid it

i checked them in normal mode and i used k7 antivirus to check for malwares
