APU+GPU and another GPU

I have a a88x-g45 gaming msi mobo, r7 240 2gb ddr3, a10 7700k kaveri apu
right now im playing with r7 240 crossfired with a10 7700 due to amd dual graphics option

now, i saw my mobo got a multi gpu capability now here goes my question: will another r7 240 card improve my performance?

need some suggestions before I buy another one since im new to building systems

You'd be better off switching to better GPU, Graphic power doesn't increase linearly with adding more GPUs. Not only that adding more cards increases complexity and chance of trouble but GPU memory doesn't add up either, you can have 10 1GB GPUs and still have only 1GB of GDRAM.

Up to R9 270/270x or GT 760/960 2GB or more, any more and it may be waste of money.
