architecture for setting up a cyber cafe

i want to setup a cyber cafe. for that i want to know how can i form network from multiple monitors, all connecting to one PC. but each [[monitor/mouse/keyboad]] can have different user

Although you can do it to a point with multiple virutal machine it still requires dedicated video cards and ports for the mouse and keyboard. It likely is not a cost effective to do that way. You are also very limited in the distance you can be from the pc. It is likely going to be much cheaper to just buy a bunch of low end machines and run one per user.
