Here is what is listed as the GPU requirements for Autocad LT 2020

Basic: 1 GB GPU with 29 GB/s Bandwidth and DirectX11 compliant
Recommended: 4 GB GPU with 106 GB/s Bandwidth and DirectX11 compliant

The 2070 has 8 GB.
Bandwidth is 448 GB/s

....so it should be more than capable.
