Question arctic freezer 12 vs cooler master hyper 212 black edition

i found arctic freezer 12 on amazon for around 25€, free delivery and i found a cooler master hyper 212 black edition for around 35€ in local pc shop, can i ask which one is better for ryzen 7 2700 OC to 3.9/4GHz?

The Hyper 212 has 4 heat pipes and will perform better than the Arctic Freezer 12 with only 3 heat pipes.

You can get a deepcool Gammaxx 400 for 20 euro on amazon.
The Gammaxx 400 performs better than the Hyper 212 and the Freezer 12.
