Question Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO vs Termalright Phantom Sprit SE

My current cooler is the Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO. Does it make sense to switch from this cooler to Phantom Sprit? My processor is R5 5600X.

What sort of temps are you seeing with your current cooler? Make and model of your motherboard? Ambient room air temps?

For the 5600X there's no reason to make that change, and I don't really think any of the AM4 CPUs would really need that. While it's not as good as the Phantom Spirit the Freezer 34 Duo is a good cooler.

What sort of temps are you seeing with your current cooler? Make and model of your motherboard? Ambient room air temps?

My motherboard is Asus TUF B550M Plus and my processor is overclocked to 4.85 GHz with PBO. The processor temperature generally hovers around 72 degrees in Cyberpunk 2077 and reaches 75 degrees in Cinebench R23. I think the ambient air temperature might be around 27-30 degrees. The graphics card is RX 6700.

Sounds like to me the E Sport is doing a Great Job seeing your ambient temps are what they are.
