Question ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB vs Bequite Pure Loop 2 FX 360

I was orginaly going to go with be quite pure loop 2 fx 360. but due to the fact that i cant find this cooler anywere in stock..im looking for an alternative.

Would the Arctic liquid freezer II 360 A-RGB be a good or even better pick? i also need to know if it would be compatible and give me enough clearence with the following hardware. as i would want to mount it at the top of the case.
