Question Arctic Liquid Freezer II Backplate for LG 1700

I got the Arctic Liquid Freezer II today, and I want to install it on an ASRock Z790 PG Sonic for an i5 13600KF. This is the backplate I got. This isn't correct, right? Do I need the Upgrade Kit?
