Hi All,
Looking to build a new gaming rig but it's been a while so i've been educating myself on the current tech landscape. I've always been an Intel guy due to issues i've had with AMD builds many years ago so initially i was looking at something like a 14700k. I understand there's a lot of hate for Intel right now due to stability and longevity problems with the 13/14 series and the reviews aren't great for the new Core Ultra cpus for gaming purposes. That got me looking at Ryzen for the first time in decades and they seem pretty popular right now, specifically the x3d versions of cpus such as the 7800x3d and newer 9800x3d. Problem is they are no where to be found in my area and the few i have seen are going for a couple hundred dollars over MSRP. Gaming mainly at 1440p on a rtx 2080 right now but plan to upgrade to a 50 series card eventually. I'd be happy to hear any buying advice anyone is willing to offer. Also don't really have a budget, but would be happy to save anywhere i can as i'm sure the 50 series of gpus will be stupidly expensive.

^ AMD Ryzen 7000 AM5 build

White builds in an matx form factor. 2x SSD's, the smaller one is for the OS while the larger one is for your game library. These are merely templates that can be manipulated to suite your budget/needs. I didn't add a GPU in the listing but you're able to drop in an RTX4080 if you wanted to now, provided your budget will allow you to. + RTX5000 series are shown here;
