Are 2 sets of SATA connectors the same?

I have the Intel DH61WW desktop board. First question. Can I connect a Sapphire AMD R9280 to it?

Secondly, to connect it I have to move the SATA connections. There is another set below. Is it the same. Does it matter which ones I use?

Yes, make sure you have at least a decent 500 PSU

Yes, all SATA headers are interchangeable. You may have to reassign the boot drive in BIOS unless it catches the move itself.
