Question Are 450w enough for my system?

I have a PSU 28 months old
It is a Corsair CX450

The pc is
Gigabyte Aorus B450 M
Ryzen 5 5600 + fan with LED
Sapphire RX6600
Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb 3000Mhz
5 fans (3 with led)
wifi Archer T5E card (probably I'll remove that since I don't need anymore)
Crucial SSD M.2 1 TB
LED strip

I just updated it with the GPU, new CPU and adding fans and I'm wondering if I need to update my PSU that is only 450watt.
What do you think?
If I check online test site it should be ok, but I wanted be sure also because it is 28 months old. (mainly gaming use, but not so heavy because before i had integrated GPU)
How can I check my usage? I have OCCT, but I don't understand so much

Hi Tenpu. The RX 6600 and R5 5600 have TDPs of 140 and 65 watts respectively. Your PSU is completely fine and should operate without issue. If I were in your situation, I wouldn't bothering upgrading your current power supply.

You can use cpuid hwmonitor to check your power usage HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID With your setup I would imagine your gpu would draw about 135 watts max and your cpu 80 watts while gaming and with a max stress test 142 watts. You are well within power limits with 450 watt psu.

I should not worry so much about mainboard, HDD, RAM, fans and LED?
