[SOLVED] Are aio cooler ment to pump like every second?

Are they supposed to run consistently? My nzxt cooler pump stays on 0 rpm and jumps to 500+ rpm every second. This causes my CPU temps to be idling on 50 and jumping to 90 when playing games. How do I fix this

I would change the fan speed to constant for the pump header. That should fix it.
