Hi, I would just like to ask because I need to buy 3xDisplayport cables. Two for gaming and one for photo editing. Im puzzled are the 1.4 displayport cables equal in specifications and for use. I currently need for gaming 1440p 240Hz, 1080p 360Hz and one for 1440p 60Hz photo editing. Also does the length matter for quality and stability for example between 1-2 or 3meter cable ? I currently need 2 or 3 meters.

So is there a difference for my use with the following im looking at ? Seems like every manufacturer has some difference in specs.

Akasa 8K DisplayPort 1.4 (2 meters)

3840 x 2160 (UHD) 120 Hz, RGB / 4: 4: 4, 8-bit, HDR OFF
3840 x 2160 (UHD) 120 Hz:, RGB / 4: 2: 2, 12-bit, HDR ON
3840 x 2160 (UHD) 60 Hz, RGB / 4: 4: 4, 12-bit, HDR ON
1920 x 1080 (FHD)
1280 x 720 (HD)

Are the DSC and Forward error correction and 32 inline audio channels something that are in every 1.4 displayport cable, and are they better or worse for gaming, read somewhere that the DSC might cause some sort of lag while gaming ?
