You are in good shape minus the PSU. Stick with Antec, Corsair (non CX series), XFX or Seasonic. Also changed the case just to give you another red and black option. The FX series do well with faster memory modules. Consider going with DDR3-1866 CL9 modules, but there is nothing wrong with the DDR3-1600 CL9 modules you have listed.
