Are All Radon R9 270's Ruffly the Same?

So I am in the process in buying a new graphics card for an upgrade on my PC. So I found my self a winner after quite a bit of research and that card is the HIS Radon R9 270 iPower Ice Qx2 2gb GDDR5. Every thing is perfect for me, the price, the cooler, the size and power. So I did research on YouTube for gameplay on this exact model but the gameplays for the HIS are slim but there are lots of the different models like the Sapphire and MSI model, I looked those cards up and everything seams exactly the same, They are all Radon R9 270's , 2gb GDDR5 and everything else. So can I watch gameplay on those cards and expect about the same out of the HIS R9 270 as the MSI r9 270? Will they preform similar?

All of them will perform similarly, there will be no major differences in performance. Maybe a couple FPS here or there.

they will perform the same if their core speed and ram type is the same.

some versions have higher clock speed and a better cooler
