Are All The Nvidia 10 series GPUs (Mobile and Desktop) G-Sync Capable?

I think I might know there answer to this but I wasn't really sure if all 10 series GeForce Cards from Nvidia come with G-Sync.

I know you see Monitors advertised as either being G-Sync, Free/Adaptive Sync Compatible but Aside from stating GeForce GTX 10XX they don't really tell you if they are.

So, Is G-Sync and FreeSync built into their respective cards?

not sure about mobile but all the desktop cards past the 600 series are.
