Are all these components compatible and is there anything else I need to buy

Compatible? Yes.

You might need a Sata data cable. I am not positive how many comes with that board.

BEAUTIFUL!!!! Build. Buy it before the Ti goes out of stock.

Are you transferring Win 10 from another build?

Compatible, yes.... and you'd need a monitor & peripherals, but that system would "work".

Now, whether it's the best utilization of components etc, is a matter of opinion.
Personally, I'd make a couple of 'tweaks' to it at a glance but, the most important question to determine if it's a good build or not is.... What do you want to use it for specifically?

What sort of tweaks?

Nothing too substantial to the performance of the rig.... just a glance though. Depends what the OP wants it for.
1. faster memory if it's for a reasonable price difference
2. maybe a bit better of a cooler (D15S maybe)
3. drop that Red 2TB for something much more friendly on the wallet, like a Barracuda or WD for half the price
4. Maybe change out the SSD for an M.2 NVMe option if it worked in budget etc.

Nothing groundbreaking, but subjectively "better"

Only SATA M2 and 'only' 2666MHz RAM, but should be able to OC it some. RAM prices are crazy and it's really tough (IMO) to justify the price difference from 2133MHz to 3000+MHz (130GBP to nearer 180-200GBP). There's gains to be had in performance, absolutely..... but not a wholesale 40% more... although in some cases it can be quite sizeable.
