Looking to get a better Graphics card , And wanted to know if the stuff I have would be ok for a gpu around $ 300-$400
I don't play AAA games. I play Path of exile Valheim mainly .

Current GPU prices are improving, but still high. For your current budget, you aren't going to gain a lot over what you have now.

A 1660 is nearly 50% faster and within budget. Similar level cards should be quite an uplift. This could also depend on your CPU and its usage.

This is true, but for the relative gain not a good use of $$$.

Id rather see you upgrade your platform first as that cpu is getting long in the tooth and will hold back a much better video card. Also, by the time you get that accomplished hopefully you will have more money set aside to cash in on a better deal for a video card as prices continue to decline.
