Question Are backlit parts of a laptop lid usually made of glass or plastic?

Does anyone know what material is used for backlit part of the Aorus 15P XD?

I can't really tell if the see-through material is plastic or glass. Is it usually glass for laptops?

It's plastic. I don't know of any manufacturer that uses glass for exterior facing things.
