Ok, so.. looking at the images here, you can throw these onto the fans in the front of the case:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA3XT3750583&Description=dust%20filters&cm_re=dust_filters-_-1YF-000A-00008-_-Product

They are 120mm Dustproof cooler fan case covers that are mesh like, I may be purchasing these now that I found them. So you get 10 for $6.29.

There are also the other dust filters, like the ones I previously posted. Just a matter of what your choice is.

If you want to get real creative, You can purchase a roll of the dust filter and cut to your liking. My dad did this years...
I have these on the front of my Corsair case and below my PSU. I'm pretty sure the dust count could be worse without these filters. They prevent some dust from getting into the computer. It's not MANDATORY to have these, but its a nice perk for having a case that provides these. Either way, you're going to have to clean your PC out probably every 1-12 times a year depending on how frequently you want your PC to be clean. I clean mine out with filters every 4-5 months?

While dust filters may not be necessary, they help a lot with preventing massive dust buildup inside the PC.

Without dust filters, you may end up with so much dust in your CPU/GPU heatsink and PSU that they may die from overheating. With regularly cleaned dust filters on sufficient intake fans to have a slight positive case pressure, you may never need to clean the inside of your case or PSU.

My first PCs had no dust filters and I had to clean the CPU heatsink and blow dust out of the PSU once a year or so. With my newer PCs and dust filter, there is only a slight dust layer behind the fans and not much else anywhere else, never had to clean CPU/GPU heatsinks or PSU.

my case doesnt come with them for the front only for the top so is there any way that i can buy them separately?

Yeah, you may have to purchase the filter and literally cut it down to your liking with scissors, blade or other sharp bladed objects. You may have to take down some measurements to see if certain filters fit or not. Bigger filters can be cut down to fit.

Here is an example of probably what you are looking for depending on if this fits your case or not:

hey,thats pretty good!

but im still not sure if mine comes with one or not

its the first one on newegg when you search on google can you please tell me if it has a dust filter or not?

You can get started without any dust filters at all.
It looks like there is a mesh filter on top but that is not where I would put one.
It is a nice looking case that comes with fans.
In particular, there are three front fans which is where the primary intake should come from.
If all the intake is filtered, your parts will stay clean.
I would hope that such a case would include an easily removable and washable front filter.
If not you may need to find one.

What are your prospective parts?
Your case can accommodate a very effective tower type air cooler.
If you intend to use a aio cooler in the top position, you will need to compromise.
If the radiator draws in outside air, your cpu will cool better.
But that will draw in unfiltered air and will also heat up your gpu and motherboard.
