[SOLVED] Are Hdmi to vga converters good

[Thruster's Question]

I have two vga monitors with the resolution of 1366x768, I just wanted to know if HDMI to vga converters are good as I want to one of my monitor to my vga port and one to the HDMI using a converter to have dual display ( If will game on the monitor directly connected to the vga port and I will use the second converted monitor for coding side by side)

The converters convert a digital high quality signal to an analogue low quality signal.
Usually these are good, depending on the brand and model. Some are crap,some will do fine. Read comments of the specific device in the shop you wanna buy from.
