Are MSI Gamng 7 drivers compatible with Gaming 3?

Hi there. I build my first PC a few days go and have only just realized that i installed the drivers for the MSi Gaming 7 motherboard instead of the Gaming 3. Will this be a problem or are they the same thing? I got onto this problem trying to work out why my mouse and keyboard are playing up (Occasionally my mouse starts to lag and stutter)

Also, if it is a problem, is here an easy way to see exactly what drivers i did install and uninstall them?

They're unlikely to be compatible, im surprised they installed. Just download the proper drivers and install those.
