Hi, I have seen people who have a similar rig to mine on Youtube getting a bit more fps than me. Also, in some games, both my CPU and GPU don't reach %100 usage, so I thought that maybe my benchmark scores help me to figure out if I have any problems about my pc.

1. UBM is generally a poor tool for this.

2. "Very high background CPU (82%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy " could well be your issue.

What tool would you recommend?

I wasn't actually running background programs during the test but it said very high cpu background anyway after the test was finished.

Many consider userbenchmark to be junk science.

Your pc seems to be well balanced to me.

You do not want to see either cpu or gpu to run at 100%
If you did, that component would be a limiting factor.

Games will rely on the performance of the single master thread.
As a simple test, run the cpu-Z bench test on your I7-4790K.
Look at the single thread rating, You should see a number like 479:

If you have not overclocked, your number may be lower.

There will always be someone who claims to run better or faster than you.
Those with poor performance do not post.
What counts is how well you like your current performance.

While most of the background apps closed, I scored 478.5 on single thread and 2345.1 on multi-thread through CPU-Z bench. My multi-thread performance seems a bit lower than expected from what I see.

From my PC's benchmark scores can I deduce things below?

My PC is stable and working well.
I don't have a software-related issue that hinders my PC's performance during gaming. By software, I mean mostly windows and drivers. I am aware that due to poor optimization of some games, I may get lower fps than I am supposed to get.

Yes they would work just not in dual channel.

Slots 2 and 4.

Similar is not the same you would also need the same in game settings and any game patch could also make the results vary.

You seem right about your hypothesis on my rams not being dual channel/ CPU-Z my rams identified as single. Does singlechannel ram affect performance?

edit : I have seen a performance increase by making my rams dual channel
