All I want to know is if there are any problems with my current setup that I want to buy. Here is the list:

-MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card
-Corsair 100R ATX Mid Tower Case
-Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

You might want to grab an aftermarket cooler though, it will help you out.

very good build...better than your previous post...you upgraded the parts most needed...and now its all very compatible..

however...if you are still open to upgrades..next would be an after market cooler for your cpu..and then change the psu to a better tier..
