Are my parts compatible? Also is there any way i could improve it without increasing the price dramatically?

Yes they are compatible.
You could probably use Vengeance ram if that reduces the price and I would replace the power supply with an XFX one (same wattage).
Also, get the K version of the cpu so you can overclock it, that motherboard is nice for overclocking. If you don't plan on any overclocking don't bother but get a cheaper board.
