PCI-E vs SATA does not make them more reliable.
Just look to the warranty for an indication of 'reliability'.

The main indicator most people would look at (after brand/model reputation) is write endurance in TBW which represents how much erasing and writing the manufacturer designed the drive for. Unless something goes wrong or you are unlucky, the drive should last well beyond that.
