Are quiet fans much better than stock fans?

So I am soon going to be building a PC. I am getting the NZXT H700i case and be quiet! pure wing fans. I know be quiet! fans are much quieter, but are they much better than the stock fans the case comes with?

I am going to be building a PC soon and am thinking of getting be quiet! pure wings 2 for the fans since they are quiet. Are they able to perform well though? Would they keep my PC cool as good as a regular fan?
