[SOLVED] Is this a legit listing for the RX 6800?

I've been looking around for new listings for the 6800 and have been able to find anything for a couple of weeks. I would prefer to not buy a used graphics card. Then I just found this listing on amazon. Which looks good for the most part, because it's shipped and sold by amazon. Don't know if that makes it a good thing, but I think it makes it less likely I'm scammed. I also found a listing on newegg but that's from PlatinumMicro and all I've heard is to stay away from them.

How does amazon have a magical new stock of XFX 6800 cards? I would consider the 7700xt but it only has 12gb for basically the same performance.
