Are single fan GPU's bad?

Solution
Gtx 1060 with one fan from evga is very good. Don't even think about investing in anything else. It runs cool and nice. The fan just spins faster and it doesn't sais that the fan will get used quicker. Gtx 1070 with one fan will not be as good but 1060 and expecially this superclocked version is a great card. Don't worry just buy it. :)

In theory, dual fans don't have to work as hard, so they are quieter. With two fans, in theory they can keep the card cooler. In real life? Unless you are in a very hot environment, a single fan can handle a 1060 just fine. Also, if you plan to overclock, you'll want the dual fans because why not?
