[SOLVED] Are the PCIe slots on this motherboard x16 or x1???

Hi everyone and thanks for reading , so i was looking for some motherboards with 8 PCIe slots and found this one :

its supossed to have 8 PCIe x16 slots but in product details it says : "8*PCIE 16X (PCIE x1 GEN2 Speed) " so i got confused , are they x16 or x1 ????

Yes it is PCIE X16, but with the speed of PCIE x1 gen2.
You can fit in graphics cards, but performance will be at loss here.
