I just have seen mixed things about them as far as their oem and stuff like that. The two most common that I found were FSP, and EVGA. I was just considering buying one for this cheaper micro atx system that I've been parting out that will use a i5 12400f, rx 580 'its just a card that i had laying around', a 1tb nvme ssd, and 32gb of corsair ddr5 at 5600. I know the specs are kind of random but besides the cpu it's all spare parts. Back when I was really into computers powerspec was lesser known but reviews have been mixed so figure I'd ask here.

The PSU model I'm looking at is the PowerSpec PS 650BF

The unit has a 1 year warranty.
Not a good indicator of quality.
Look for a psu with at least a 5 year warranty, but preferably with 7 or 10 years.
And, I would buy stronger than 650w to allow for future graphics upgrades.
The price differential between 650w/750w/850w is usually not all that great.
The psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
