Question Are the SYS_FAN headers for MSI PRO Z790-P WiFi PWM capable ?

The manual says their default mode is DC but doesn't mention if they are PWM capable.... can someone clarify ?

Yes it is. It is explicitly mentioned on their own site, and you can count the pins to make sure. Ground, power, tachometer, control. Without that fourth pin, there's no PWM. Not all four-pin fan connectors actually do anything with pin 4, mind you, but without it you're up a creek.
