Are there any alternatives for a cpu socket cover?

Hi,

So i'm currently selling my x79 motherboard and i'm getting a little worried about the socket during shipping, since there's no cover on it. I don't have an i7 extreme cover so could there be an alternative for covering the pins? It would suck if I got it rma'ed bc of bent pins.

You could always sell CPU and motherboard as a set. You could buy a cover on E-bay -- search LGA2011 socket cover ....
