Uhm, ive got a corsair cx430 v2 and it has a 6 + 2 pci-e cable. is there any graphics cards that even use just one 8pin? just curious..

and as 6 pin is 75 Watt, and 8 pin is 150 Watt you really would want to do that with that PSU.

Most GPUs use 2 6 pin connectors to get to 150W, instead of an 8 pin, because of all that multi 12V rail BS that went around. You should be fine using a 2 6 pin card with an adapter though as that would only be a 150 Watt card

Hmmm can you recommend me anything? i was looking at the 6850 but i dont know if thats the best my psu can handle..

afaik, right now, a radeon hd 7850(reference design) with 130w tdp (max power i think, is 150w - pcie 75w and 6 pin - another 75w) is the most powerful card that requires only one 6 pin pcie power connector. that distinction was previously held by radeon hd 6850. cards like radeon hd 7770, 6770/5770, 6750/5750 also use single 6 pin pcie power connector. i don't know of or haven't noticed any card with single 8 pin pcie power connector.
gfx card choice depends on the rest of your pc components. if they take up too much of the amperage, you'll have to use a lower powered card.
edit: a card using single 8 pin peg connector will have 75+150=225w tdp max. most of the cards at that tdp uses 2x 6 pin peg connectors (75+75+75=225w).
