I have been using a Tt eSPORTS nemesis switch and the software does not launch at all. I have tried everything from reinstalling the command center pro from the ttesports website and nothing has worked. In the registry, I do see crash logs and it just seems like something is preventing the software from starting. I tried disabling my firewall and windows defender(win 10). The installation process seems to be fine but it is just the software cannot run at all. I don't even get a chance to see it in task manager before it crashes.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

This:

"I do see crash logs and it just seems like something is preventing the software from starting".

What exactly do the logs say?

If possible do a screen capture of the log and post the screen capture here via imgur (www.imgur.com).

You can also look in Reliability Histor/Monitor and Event Viewer for any related error codes, warnings, or informational events just before or at the time the launch failures.

To start with take a look in Reliability History/Monitor to determine if there are any related error codes, warnings, or informational events regarding the switch/software.

Then remove the switch and uninstall all related software.

Download drivers etc. again and "do over" as if the switch was new.

Check Reliability History again for any additonal or new entries related to the switch.
