Hi I'm building a computer soon with just the basic components for PC Gaming an my main concern is being able to bring my pc around with me to college, back home, to my friends place. SO my question is do alot of wires come out of the console or are all the many wires I hear people talk about just inside the console. My main concern for taki g my pc to different places.

Building your own computer is easy. Building it takes 2-3 hours, and installing windows takes about 30mins to 45mins, and after that downloading and installing drivers takes another 30-45 mins. After all that, have it download windows updates at night, it may take a 2-4 passes to get them all.

Protip for installing drivers safely, install them one at a time and restart the computer after each install to avoid breaking the OS, which can happen if you try to install them all at once.

The wires are inside the pc case, presuming that's what you mean by "console" here. That's the purpose of a PC case after all, it's a bit like asking if the ingredients of a sandwich are between the slices of bread. Excepting, of course, wires that go from the PC to external components like the keyboard or mouse or monitor.

It doesn't have to be any more cables than a PS4/XBOX would have. If you want a Wireless mouse and keyboard or Wifi instead of ethernet it's not complicated to have those on a PC.
Consoles still need power cables and video cables and so do PCs.

But PCs can run more than 1 monitor at the same time, so that would be more cables. Or have a webcam and microphone and those are also going to be more cables, speaker systems and headsets can be cabled or wireless though.
